About
From Athlete to Training & Recovery Specialist
My passion for fitness and recovery started early. Growing up, I played multiple sports—wrestling, football, basketball, and baseball—which gave me a strong foundation in how the body moves and performs. As I focused on wrestling in high school and later became a coach, I developed a deeper understanding of body mechanics, movement, and performance.
That foundation carried into weightlifting, strength training, and bodybuilding, where I saw firsthand how important recovery is for long-term progress. After attending NHI, I learned to approach the body from a more holistic perspective—helping clients relax, release tension, and recover without relying on an overly aggressive style. Today, I combine performance-based experience with intentional, restorative bodywork to help clients move better, recover smarter, and perform at their best.
